Returns policy

Before returning the product, you must contact us at 210-2843464 or info@shopitnow.gr

The return of the products can be made to the following items:

In addition, for returns, a retail receipt is required. In the case of an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.

The refund is made within 2-3 working days -at the latest- from the return and receipt (by us) of the products.

  • Defective product

If the return is due to a defective product or our error, the return will be accepted if you notify us within a period of not more than 14 days. We will refund you in full the money corresponding to the value of the order, as well as the packaging and shipping costs.

  • Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the distance sale without giving reasons in writing within 14 calendar days by returning the product in its original condition. This right starts from the day of receipt of the goods. The sending of the declaration of withdrawal or dispatch of the products within 14 calendar days will be considered sufficient for the timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In case the return is due to the fault of the customer, the products must be returned within a period of not more than 14 days. The products are returned at the expense of the customer or presented by the customer himself at the headquarters of the company (Parnithos 55, Metamorfosi), together with the withdrawal form.

In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, any impairment of the value of the goods will be compensated with monetary compensation, only in the case and to the extent that it is due to the treatment of the product that deviates from the usual examination of the characteristics and functionality of the product. Normal examination of the characteristics and functionality of the product' means the testing of the goods in question as they might have been subjected to and as they would normally be tested in a physical shop.

The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. Any financial obligation to pay amounts (e.g. transport costs, compensation) must be fulfilled within 30 days, starting from the time of sending the withdrawal notice by you or the return of the goods.

The right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 4 § 10 of Act No. 2251/1994 does not apply in cases where the price of the goods has been paid at our physical store (Parnithos 55, Metamorfosi) and, at the same time, they have been received by the physical store, as the sale is not considered to have been made at a distance.

In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal and provided that the product has been returned to G. Dupis & G Parigorakis S.A., the value of the product will be returned to the customer. It is expressly agreed and the customer already provides the irrevocable instruction and consent to this, our company is entitled to deduct from the returned amount the return costs, which are borne by the customer and any compensation in case of destruction or reduction of the value of the product due to damage or damage to the product due to the actions of the customer.

Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order, the refund will be made accordingly:
- For Refund or Bank Deposit you will need to provide us with the IBAN of a bank account, the full name of the beneficiary and the bank to which it relates.
- For Paypal we will refund via Paypal.

PROCEDURE & METHODS OF RETURNING PRODUCTS

  • In our physical store

You can visit our store where our staff will check the condition of the product and assist you. If you wish to replace the product or exchange the product with another one, it is recommended that you contact our store beforehand to confirm the availability of the new product.

  • Product dispatch

You can send us the product by following the following procedure:

First, you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the packaging you place the completed form (PDF) of withdrawal - in case this is the reason for returning the product - and finally you send the parcel.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

In any other case, you can cancel your order by phone at 210-2843464 or by e-mail at info@shopitnow.gr or by visiting our store, if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment. For your convenience, know your order number.


Comments

Shopitnow.gr reserves the right to remove or legally modify its returns policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of repeated returns by the consumer, Shopitnow.gr, reserves the right to refuse to accept a product return due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (article 281 CC).

If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for accepting the return of a product are not met, then the product will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
